The hair extensions are placed in rows in the hair by creating a “track” with an exclusive bead and string technique. Wefts are then placed on the track and sewn in. Yes, you are able to use conditioner without worrying that it will loosen your hair extensions.

We suggest getting new hair every 6-12 months, depending on the color and how well the extensions are maintained.  Some choose to to get all new hair at once, while others replace the extensions as needed.

Yes, you can swim and do activities with your NBR™ Hair Extensions. We suggest wearing it in a loose braid or ponytail and brushing with a wet brush and leave-in conditioner every time you get out of the water.

In most circumstances, we can arrange your consultation 1-2 weeks after receiving your application. If you choose to move forward with an appointment, we are commonly booked 4-6 weeks in advance; however, sometimes cancellations occur and we do keep a waitlist for those who want to come in sooner.
