Apply

Completing our application is the first step on your journey for hair extensions. It helps us understand your current hair reality and goals, so that we can provide you with an accurate financial commitment. 

Within 48 hours we will reach out to you and schedule your phone consultation.

Your Consultation

Your FREE consultation will be conducted in two phases. The first will be done over the phone, during which we will go over your application and give you a quote as well as any hair preparation needed before your appointment.

Phase 2 is completed with your extension artist on the day of your appointment, where we’ll confirm your desired look and goals, and make sure your hair is ready for your extensions.

Your Deposit

Once you have decided to move forward with your extension install appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to schedule your extension installation appointment.

The remaining balance will be due after your hair extensions have been installed.

The day you’ve been waiting for is finally here!

Your stylist will review confirm everything discussed throughout your journey so far, and your transformation will begin.

We know that color and extension services can be long so we have a large array of amenities and snacks for you to enjoy so that you can truly relax during your time with us.

We will send you home with a full swag bag of everything you need to care for the best investment you ever made!

Your Maintenance

If you opt for extensions, know that they will require some TLC. We will go through the recommendations during your phone consultation and again during your appointment to keep both your natural hair and extensions in good shape.

We provide a maintenance plan as well as professional products to keep your natural hair healthy and preserve the integrity of your extensions at home.

Most Hand Tied Hair Extensions need to be maintained every 6-8 weeks.

A maintenance or move up appointment for hand tied hair extensions is a follow-up appointment to check the health and condition of the hair extensions, as well as re-adjusting them. Because wefts grow out with your natural hair they will eventually need to “moved-up” to the original install position. These appointments are typically spaced out every 6-8 weeks. 

Nope! Most of our extension clients actually feel it’s quite the opposite! The extension hair holds a style and a curl much longer than our natural hair which allows you to go longer in between washes with minimal upkeep in the meantime!

​Brushing and oiling the ends are the top two daily care tasks you’ll want to keep up with. Other than that, it’s mostly being aware of certain things to do and not to do. Don’t worry, we will send you home with after-care instructions with all the rest of the little details to be mindful of.

Most first time clients can expect to invest $800 to $1,800. This investment covers Hair Extensions, Luxury Color, Cut and Styling, Plus a swag bag of all the products you will need to ensure the maximum longevity of your extensions. .

 

 

 

Yes, you are able to use conditioner without worrying that it will loosen your hair extensions.

We suggest getting new hair every 6-12 months, depending on the color and how well the extensions are maintained.  Some choose to to get all new hair at once, while others replace the extensions as needed.

Yes, you can swim and do activities with your Hand Tied Hair Extensions. We suggest wearing it in a loose braid or ponytail and brushing with a wet brush and leave-in conditioner every time you get out of the water.

Yes, with Hand Tied Hair Extensions you can wear your hair in a ponytail along with many other versatile styles!

In most circumstances, we can arrange your consultation 1-2 weeks after receiving your application. If you choose to move forward with an appointment, we are commonly booked 4-6 weeks in advance; however, sometimes cancellations occur and we do keep a waitlist for those who want to come in sooner.

With proper at-home care, beaded wefts are not damaging. At your initial install appointment, we will show you how to care for them properly and we’ll send you home with an extensions brush and all the necessary after-care products.
