Completing our hair questionnaire is the first step on your journey for hair extensions. It helps us understand your current hair reality and goals, so that we can provide you with an accurate financial commitment.
Within 48 hours we will reach out to you and schedule your phone consultation.
Your Consultation
Your FREE consultation will be conducted in two phases. The first will be done over the phone, during which we will go over your application and give you a quote as well as any hair preparation needed before your appointment.
Phase 2 is completed with your extension artist on the day of your appointment, where we’ll confirm your desired look and goals, and make sure your hair is ready for your extensions.
Your Deposit
Once you have decided to move forward with your extension install appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to schedule your extension installation appointment.
The remaining balance will be due after your hair extensions have been installed.
Your Appointment
The day you’ve been waiting for is finally here!
Your stylist will review confirm everything discussed throughout your journey so far, and your transformation will begin.
We know that color and extension services can be long so we have a large array of amenities and snacks for you to enjoy so that you can truly relax during your time with us.
We will send you home with a full swag bag of everything you need to care for the best investment you ever made!
Your Maintenance
If you opt for extensions, know that they will require some TLC. We will go through the recommendations during your phone consultation and again during your appointment to keep both your natural hair and extensions in good shape.
We provide a maintenance plan as well as professional products to keep your natural hair healthy and preserve the integrity of your extensions at home.
Most Hand Tied Hair Extensions need to be maintained every 6-8 weeks.
